1. Delivery Areas & Fees

    • Local Delivery: Within Gauteng – orders over R500 ship free. Under R500 incur a delivery fee.

    • National Delivery: Shipping fee applied; free for large orders.

  2. Delivery Estimates
    We provide estimated delivery times during checkout based on your location, product availability, and delivery method chosen.

  3. Store Pickup
    Available Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00. You’ll get an email when your order is ready.

  4. Returns & Damages

    • Check your order immediately upon delivery.

    • Report missing/damaged items within 5 working days. We will repair, replace, or refund accordingly.

    • Items in original, unused condition can be returned—follow email instructions.
